However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will reflect the exact shade or finish of every fabric. All measurements provided in product listings are approximate and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.

Prices are listed in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes where required by law. Shipping fees, if any, are calculated separately and shown before final payment. BuaTerrace reserves the right to modify prices, discontinue items, or adjust stock levels at any time without liability. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or an alternative product of equal value.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your BuaTerrace purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Intimate apparel, final-sale items, and products marked as “non-returnable” are excluded from this policy.
  • How to request: To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
  • Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, BuaTerrace will cover the return shipping fee upon verification.
  • Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order. This ensures faster processing and availability.
